If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to sales@karviich.in along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

Usually the size depends upon the category and design varies form 6" x 8" to max 10" x 12'. Generally most of the designs are printed with 8" X 10" If you need specific size of the print, contact us sales@karviich.in before placing the order.

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our Lucknow factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 3-4 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 5-6 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to courier issues. We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact sales@karviich.in so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case. If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually sent for print within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items doesn't need printing we dispatch mostly within 24 hrs.

Once you place your order, there will be a 3-4 day processing period followed by a 5-6 days shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 7-10 days to receive your items. Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-3 days). Email: sales@karviich.in with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
